1. Agreement to Terms

WallStreetOptionBets ("WSOB", "we", "us", "our") is a product of Dragonfly Elite LLC. We operate the website at wallstreetoptionbets.com and the services provided through the site (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and Services.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations and do not reflect actual trading, liquidity constraints, commissions, slippage, or market impact.

E. AI Scores and Algorithmic Data

AI scores, rankings, and algorithmic outputs provided by WSOB are generated by proprietary algorithms and are intended as analytical tools only. They do not constitute investment recommendations. Scores range from -10 (most bearish) to 10 (most bullish) and represent algorithmic assessments that may not reflect all market conditions. F. Market Data and Third-Party Information

Market data, quotes, pricing, and other information displayed on the Site may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or subject to interruption. 5. Paper Trading Disclaimer

The paper trading feature provided by WSOB is for educational and simulation purposes only. Paper trading uses simulated prices and does not involve real money, real orders, or real market execution.

Paper trading results do not reflect actual trading performance. Real trading involves slippage, commissions, fees, liquidity constraints, and emotional factors that are not present in simulated trading. Paper trading results should not be relied upon as an indicator of future real trading performance.

6. Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription Fees: By subscribing to premium features, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on paid plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your plan will not be renewed after the current billing period ends.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, algorithms, and underlying technology, are owned by WallStreetOptionBets or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or modify any content from the Services without prior written permission.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek equitable relief in court for intellectual property matters.
